This a campground with really nice cabins. Traveling in an RV or towing - If you happen to be coming up rt 15 N off of 64 west both the trucker app and goggle map will tell you to go rt 15 N to rt 33 west to rt 231 and then 230 to rt 29 unless you want to enjoy a windy road for 19 miles avoid 231 and 230 just continue on rt 33 and pick up
29 north. you can make a left hand turn into rv park at rt 230 or go up to the next light. Madison High will be on the left. You will want make a left and there is road on the left that has a big circle you can turn around and go rt 29 south to the campground. suggest when you make a reservation at this campground and request a pull through at this campground have your reservation printed to confirm you booked a pull through. most of the sites are back in. some easier than others to get in

The only reason I gave Madison Vines RV Resort 5 stars is because 10 stars wasn't an option. This Thanksgiving we decided to do something different and go away. I randomly found this campground and after doing some research we booked it, Wednesday to Sunday. Let me tell you it was the best decision we made in a long time. Everything about this campground was amazing- the set up, the employees, the activities, the meals, the bathrooms etc. Upon arrival we were given the schedule of the different meals and events you could sign up to participate in. I was under the impression they were doing this just because it was Thanksgiving weekend. Nope they do this EVERY weekend!
They hosted a Thanksgiving meal and over 100 people attended. Turkey, stuffing, gravy and all the sides you could think of.
Friday was dinner and Bingo which we had so much fun playing. Saturday through out the day was different games and crafts for adults and kids. Saturday night in Tony's words it was "life changing" Rib dinner. Everything extremely reasonably priced and affordable.

We are already looking at our calendars and trying to figure out when we can return.

Thank you for going above and beyond to make this campground amazing. Thank you to all the staff, your hard work w and dedication doesn't go unnoticed.

Rooms? It’s a campground! We spent 2 nights years ago. It has been extensively re-worked. What a transformation. 2-way driving everywhere. Clean and well maintained. If you’re there when they host a barbecue do NOT miss it. We enjoyed our stay very much.

First let me say, this is a great campground and I would recommend it to others with some caveats. We stayed at this location over the weekend of Nov 14, it was a great weekend, campground is clean, there are a ton of activities to do, even in what's pushing the off season. I do however think some of their sites are unacceptable, we were at site 525, first the 30 amp service didn't work, according to my tester it should have but the camper never would power up and you could hear electrical buzzing in the pedestal, not sure what the issue was, we did not end up reporting it, I had a 50 to 30 amp adapter so we used that and had no other issues. The deal breaker is, this is not a full hookup site and should not be sold as one. Yes, there is a water, electric and sewer hookup, you should be able to use all three of them, not sure if they have ever heard the phrase poop rolls down hill but having a sewer connection ABOVE the level of the campsite makes that connection all but unusable, it's simply unacceptable. Speaking with some friends of ours that were staying in a cabin that weekend they expressed that they have stayed at other sites at the facility that have had the same issue albeit not to the extent that my site had the issue. It's a shame because overall it was a great weekend but by the time I dumped and packed up it was all but ruined.

We've spent one night at this beautiful resort on our way back to the airport at the end of our holiday. Not only the staff is very friendly, the park is neat and situated in a beautiful setting. Opening the door to the bathroom gave us the feeling like being at home: spacious, clean and very complete. We felt very at home here and can recommend this stunning park!
